Is it possible to go down another tier right now I’m able to get startfire/portraits/t.c.M./ I would like to go one more down startfire/portraits/t.c.M./headshots

and then I was wondering is it possible to have different backgrounds for each of my galleries

Hi Owen, welcome to dgrin

Please, don't use too many colors in your posts, it makes it very hard for us to read with a dark background set.:D The standard color will do just fine.

The way smugmug works is homepage > category > sub-category > gallery

there is no way of adding an extra level to that, i'm afraid.

Yes, changing backgrounds can be done on a per gallery basis. Go to the 'customize gallery' page to select individual themes per gallery, or when you are a power or pro user you can use CSS to select your own background (colors or images) per gallery aswell.
