All pics taken with 400 5.6L, 1/500, 5.6, iso 1600 on a cloudy day. I panicked when I saw the crab in the heron's mouth and every shot after this was oof :humungus
Excellent set Shay. I know about losing your concentration when you see them with a catch. I've blown more shots that way than I care to recall.

Thanks for the compliment Harry, I had visions of capturing a reznik flip and couldn't handle the pressure . The heron swallowed the crab in one gulp, it was amazing to see it. It certainly made a difference to shoot something besides swans
