What do you charge for big prints?

I have a feel for print prices up to about 8 x 10, but after that I don't know what to charge. How much do you guys charge for big prints?

What I did was open up a spreadsheet and charge a rough amount per square inch of print and based my pricing that way. That might not be ideal, because if you look at the price of prints, the cost structure actually goes up as the area increases. In other words, a 4x6 costs less per square inch than a 16x20 does. Another pricing method is to charge a certain percentage mark-up over cost.
