Haha! Thought I would share these two shots that I've taken over the past two days. Taken with my 10D+Sigma 150 f/2.8 Macro Lens+550EX Flash.
This first shot is their normal mating position. :D

    Thanks, Awais. I think if you did a Google search for Cicadas, you can get a better description of them than I could give you. :D I do know this though, I sure like to hear their noise they make. Hahaha!! They can get noisy, too. rolleyes1.gif

    Hi Rocky........ Cicada's are weird looking bugs aren't they.
    Saw my first live one in Ohio last year, I had only seen the casings left on the trees here in Australia, never seen a live one.

    They are a decent size too, you did well to find a pair mating clap.gif
