A Beautiful Weekend at the Beach

This was a spectacular weekend for taking pictures. Here are some of my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
This one was totall unrehearsed. I was getting ready to leave and I saw this pair of sandals and a piece of paper by the side of the road. We can all make up our own version of how they got there. :wxwax
I didn't like these two at first, but then I kept looking at them. There are so many people, all doing their own thing(s), that they really fascinate me. Sort of llike "Where's Waldo" at the beach.
These three were all taken off of PCH near Ventura.
This is back home. I was fooling around with my 10-22mm lens. Actually, I think the rocks in the foreground are the best part of it. Sorry there's so much gunk in the water. It's just like that this time of year.
OK. This was actually taken several months ago. I call it "From Here to Eternity", but not many people get it. I guess you have to have come of age when Dwight Eisenhower was president.
Cheers.

Lord, keep my words sweet. Someday, I may have to eat them.

We've had a lot of fog. We went to the beach this evening and could not see the rocks and bluffs, and could barely make out the surfers in the fog. And it was cold, damp and chilly!
So I enjoyed looking at your pretty blue sky beach photos!
What a place to leave your flip flops! :
