Trying to improve, advice is welcome!
What do some mags require as far as ISO & size? Do you tend to crop a lot? I cropped these roughly 20-40% ...
I was shooting at 400mm and 400-800 ISO at 1/1000. I realize that these are probably not that quality but I'm trying to improve =]
Catbird:
catbird, calling
swampsparrow (pretty sure)
nuthatch
Argh! One that got away (bad shot) - could've been a nice shot if I had been in a better position... :cry He/She was actaully flipping the berry up in the air, after initially picking it.

Where was this one taken?
It reminds me a lot of this place:
Which is Lake of Two Rivers in Algonquin PP Ontario, Canada.
It's a pond in Maine. Webb Pond, about 10 miles North of Ellsworth, ME (about 15 miles westerlyish of Bar Harbor) My parents have a nice little camp there. It was taken earlier this month.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks. I'm using the digi reb xt (350d?(new one)) and a cheap old 100-400mm lens.
