Backgrounds an angles...

...can really make a huge difference in the captured shot.

These two were taken seconds apart with the robin sitting in the same place.

    Great examples Ric. It is amazing how a shot can change radically with a small change of position. That's why it's important to take in the scene and to start making decisions on the lighting, background etc before you start to press the shutter release.
