Our internet overlords, at work, for our cross-computer browsing goodness:

Firefox extension: http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/browsersync/

Man is it good. Oh, so so good.

eh, the only thing that seems it would be of any benefit is bookmarks, but why not just use del.icio.us?

    Well

Use one machine, leave many tabs open. Open up lappy, next day let's say, and the system will ask you if you want those same tabs opened again - not too shabby, in fact, freakin' cool. Del.icio.us doesn't handle cookies and crap like that, either.

It's NOT a bookmarking utility, a bit more. Reading is hard, but read it again.

Wow, it will be great when they start analyzing everyone's bookmarks in addition to everything else as part of their secret, evil plan for world domination! :D

    HUGE SIDE BENEFIT:

Firefox will crash from time to time. Google browser synch brings up all your prior open tabs, sites, etc. thumb.gif

I know I'm in the minority here, but I wanted to mention that for those of you who are using Safari, Saft will do the same thing, restore all open windows after a crash or restart of Safari.

Actually, yesterday I got two crash report dialogs, but Safari hadn't even crashed, and was working fine. That was odd.
