I like the pic. If you want a tighter composition, you might want to crop a little right to remove the edges but I think what you have has excellent scale.
I took the liberty and did a rework of your image...... all I have done is add a soft blue grad to the top and bottom of your image with a little fade.....

what's in it that you want to save?
If you shot in raw you can make one photo for highlights and one for shadows then combine in ps.

i find it distracting when two horizontal lines the bridge and roof lean so much turn it a few degrees anti-clockwise.
