Is Sepia allowed. I kind of happened on it on the way to black and white, but now I wonder, is it within the rules?

    sepia is "toning" eh? :D

    this challenge is a "no photoshop" challenge. only basic editing is allowed. this includes minor adjustments in color, contrast, exposure, sharpness. black and white conversion is allowed (including toning for same). that's it - no cloning, filters, special effects, etc.

    Andy, am I allowed to make comments in individuals threadsne_nau.gif ? I think i remember you saying that that is ok. I just wanted to make sure though.

    Andy, someone brought up a question re my using a frame, similar to yours. Is that allowed in this contest?

    Hi Andy,


    when you say some minor adustments in color would this fit in?

    I have a picture that has a small bright spot because of a flash. Would it be ok if I filled this in with black?
