Some post processed flowers (3 medium images.)

I've been trying to improve my post processing skills, my images have hitherto been a bit flat, hopefully these are better:-

    I really like the first one. The farther down or further away the bud hangs, the more blur there is. I like it. thumb.gif It's almost as if the flower were melting.

    I haven't seen your previously "flat" images, but I can say that I like these - there's definitely a sense of mystery and drama in them - they pop quite nicely. I like them all. Only advise would be to work on decentering the subjects with some judicious cropping.

    My typical post-processing is a bit of cropping and contrast enhancement, but this takes some discipline so as to not overdo it.
