    After reading about a guy being stomped to death in AK by either an elk or a moose, I'd be keeping my distance.

    Yeah. There's a reason why Elk grow antlers and it ain't to make the more beautiful for the tourons. They are weapons and they know how to use them. The tourons in the first image are just plain nuts. Tourons getting too close to the wildlife is one of the most frequent causes of death in the national parks. Morale of the story - keep a far distance from the animals AND DON'T FEED THEM!
