Hi all,

It's been a while, but I made a trip and managed to take some pictures.

This was on a local market where nobody -except the children- liked me to take pictures.. some even got very angry! So this was a snapshot, just to show what it was like;

This boy really liked to see himself on the camera display;

Those eyes..

We also went to Osu's Childrens Home. We stayed with the kids for a while at story-tell-time;

Thanks for looking,

    I love the expressions on the boys' faces in this photo:

    And the composition is very nice as well - they are on the right side and all of that positive energy in their smiles is focused to the left. It makes me want to see what is making them so happy and this curiousity makes the photo very interesting.

    Thanks for your comment Mary,
    It's actually themselves that's so funny; they had to sing a song about the sounds of animals. They're looking at the teacher here.

    They are all orphans, children of people in prison or in one way without parents and they seemed so happy! There are about 17000 homeless children in Ghana, so they're actually the 'lucky' ones..

    I've really enjoyed the last 3 photographs. They joy in their eyes is priceless.
    However, if I had to name one photo I'd select the 3rd last. There is some magic composition happening there.
