Rattlesnake in central Oregon

This guy was found along the Deschutes River at Mecca Flats headed toward the tent camps. (He was relocated with no harm to the snake.)

    neat caputure Marcy, although I think your DOF (depth of field) was too shallow. The middle of the snake looks sharp, but its head and tail are OOF.

    Thanks for the comments on the snake shot and you're right about the depth of field.I forgot to change the f stop in my hurry to get the shot and still had a larger one from the earlier flower work. :)

    I don't think I would have been thinking of the f-stop with this guy in the neighborhood!!:uhoh :gone

    Nice capture. I hope he was relocated without any harm to the relocators too. :):
