My first dragon

Spotted this guy as I was starting the car after work. He was patient enough to let me get several pics at minimum focus distance on the 70-300 (~5'). Shoulda stopped down some more but couldn't really judge that on the screen.

    Actually that's an excellent shot! It's not important to get the entire critter in focus -as long as the eyes are in focus the photo will work, and you nailed it! clap.gif
