The Lilly Pond in B&W

I've been on a B&W landscape kick. The Lilly Pond is found in Mill Creek Park in Youngstown, Ohio. Unfortunately due to an invasive form of algae, lillies have not grown on the pond for years. It's still beautiful though and offers many varieties of ducks, turtles, squirells, etc.

I've always loved water in B&W.

Nicely done. #4 is my fav (saving the best for last). I would slightly lighten up the ivy in #4 toss in a touch more contrast in the water and it looks as if there my be a sensor dust spot on #4 also (near the bottom about 3/5's of the way across, starting on the left).

All in all very nice, great converstion.

I'm a big fan of that bench! Nice illumination. It'd be great to find a little old couple to sit there for the same shot!thumb.gif
