in 10 min 2 attempts same IP i have IP address of the remote computer how can i know where it belongs (country or city) can i disclose his IP is it ok with forum rules ? but i dont want to humilate among forum members by posting his IP at 1st place i dont think so he belongs to this forum

Google "IP lookup" there are tons of sites that can do this for you (I don't really have one in particular to recommend, but try a few since some give different/more info than others.
you need to do a traceroute =] i think geektools.com has one
if he/she is any good they are bouncing off another computer so it's pretty worthless. If you don't have a static IP just close and restart your internet connection and you should be lost to the net =]
IP port scans are pretty common =\
Just make sure you have all the updates and are using the winxp or better firewall (enable it). Though I suspect that if you know enough to get their IP you probably already know this.
A patched and clean system and a basic firewall will keep out 95% of the script kiddies out there, the others will have to be motivated enough to think you're a high profile target to bother you.
