    Hi Maria,

As you know from another thread, I like this shot a lot. You should have entered it in the challenge. One thing you could improve is the contrast around the head and chest of the figure on the left. The silhouette seems to get a little bit lost there. Another nit is a small patch of yellow on the upper right edge. Since it is not clear what it is, it is a distraction. Both of these are minor issues. It is a lovely shot as it stands.

    Regards,

thanks again. i see what you mean about the distraction. it bothers me a bit also but i don't want to crop it too much more and i can't bring myself to do too much to it photoshop-wise. i was also concerned about the way the silhouette on the left sort of fades. but then i started to like the way he gets lost. sort of lost in the light. this element ties in with the title and feel of the photo for me. anyway, your input is always welcomed and much appreciated.

    good night.

this is a great shot! I was about to comment about the silhouette on the left, but then I read your comment about it and I was convinced that you like it.

I like it too. I like how the individual drops are all catching the light, brightening the silouettes.
