The first two are great John. I always have a hard time exposing yellow birds and flowers. Yellow seems to blow out easily in the sun. Do you use any negative EC while shooting these little guys?

My experience with goldfinches is they are very skittish - only watch them through the window at the feeder. They sure are pretty.

    Oooooh! What nice colors. thumb.gif

All terrific, but I'd pick the first one with the light in the eye and the head turn.

Good ones John. I like the first two best because the eye is so clear. I may be off here but the flower seems to be sharper than the bird in the last shot.

Fantastic, love the background, really sets the bird off.
