Interesting shot! I do like it but I wonder if you can shoot it so you can see more of the head of the archer so give it a more graphic silhouette.

I like your shot very much.
I would consider to clear the trees and improve composition.
I mean, shoot 8 10 photos at different angles with a small difference and choose the best one.
I guess you live in Hannover then ...
There is something near the head to the shouder, like a wire: remove it.
Keep the sun there.
If you want to have more work try ftilling flash. Hum... I don't think it will work. But ...
Leave a little detail in the statue and in the dome.

I look like a teacher but I am not. :

I like it. I agree the wire (bow string??) should be removed. I like the tree limbs in the picture though. Adds another layer of contrast. (organic/nature vs man-made) Pleasing to my eye.
