Not much time around here right now! C&C are always welcome and thanks for looking!

Drive-by GBH shooting is fun! Get these on our way to get Ice Cream:D

Female Cardinal

And the 'almost'. First shot really bad lighting, went for it anyway. Poor shot love the pose

Bit better with the In-flight

Nice series of shots Thusie. I especially like the hawk shots thumb.gif Too bad about Mother Nature not cooperating with her lighting.

    Thanks folks,

Know where the hawk hangs out so who knows maybe another day.

Glad you like the Gal Ric, she has a bit more color than most of the females I've seen

    Your never late G:-)

Nice ones, Thusie. I've never seen a female cardinal, but she is pretty cute! The over-all image is really nice and sharp as a tack! That 2nd GBH shot is really unique....looks as if he is hitch-hiking and feigning a broken wing! I didn't know you could shoot so many birds just driving to get ice cream! I certainly do envy you living wherever you do, if that is the case! :D

Excellent captures especially the hawks. clap.gif The second shot would have been stronger if you had moved the GBH to frame right as oopposed to beimg so centered.

Nick I still haven't gotten a good hawk flight yet. Got a killer of a Coop yesterday but a bit too far away to look good, too pixied:-) Blah! BUT tracking and EC were on target so will have to be happy with that:D
