I'm still in the process of processing the photos my brother and I took while I was on vacation in Alaska. So my wife is looking over my shoulder as I'm working up this one. She likes the first better then the second while I, of course (I have to be different), like the second better. The only difference between them is the cropping.

What say you all?

Actually, he was laying down the way they do, kind of rolled onto one haunch. So, the grass is not as tall as this image might lead one to believe.

Really? The only difference was cropping?

To me, the first looks brighter and sharper, more crisp. In any case, really excellent capture.

    Very regal looking buck. thumb.gif

    I like both. (really)

The first one gives you a better sense of where he is......but the second puts you up close and personal.:D

Both versions are fine but I prefer the cropped version.
