    That's a heckuva moment, Ted.

    Not only the guy, but the varied reactions from cops and security personnel make it extremely compelling.

    OK,
    I have omitted the story as the motives of this person were not 100% clear to me. As you may know I have posted some photographs on my website from a very controversial anti-war protest. The police have held the distance from the protesters as they were very well organised and very well behaved.

    For some reason this person have ventured away from the protest and started to pray publicly just as you can see in the photograph.

    I could offer my opinion only here not facts, so that is why I just left the photograph free of the story. Since he prays closely to the West I am told this can be simply his midday prayer. It just looked dramatic no matter what the motives.
