The black and white versions make me remember the past ... pictures from the 60 ties :
He looks quite alive in the first one.

I usually feel that B&W shots reveal more character, for this chap I find the color tells more of a story to me. Each line on his face tells a story. The portrait reveals volumes of history, what he has seen and done throughout his lifetime. Great shot Yuri, as usual.
