The storm just missed us, only got a sprinkle. Didn't cool down much either.

As for PS adjustments I'd say leave it alone, especially if it's true to the scene you saw. I think it looks good. thumb.gif I was hoping the storm would make a stop here, as I had my equipment sitting by the door, ready to go!

This is kinda cool. 100% crop of the same pic focusing on the top of the bolt.

I wonder if that's visible due to the CP filter I had on the cam. For some reason the auto focus was hunting like mad so this shot was all manual and it shows some blur because of it.

Truth, The first image looks cool. no advise, I haven't been lucky enough to catch a bolt. After much debate and research likes and dislikes are in the eye of the beholder! yes rules apply but who made them and I am the one that likes to break them. Sometimes it's a winner and other times I bomb! The 2nd shot is right on target, composition is , DOF excellent and great work on the night shot!!clap.gif

I was only brave enough to shoot the very early edge of that storm. Later on when the light show really picked up there was no way I was venturing anywhere near a place I could shoot from. It was wicked for a few hours.
