I'll ask JT when he's online. Is there a reason you don't use SP2?

Yes. I run programs that have problems with SP2.

Thanks for answering. BTW, I noted that both sides of that page - both invoice address and delivery address are shown when using Mozilla. I believe the intention was that the delivery address should not be shown when choosing "Digital Download". JT should be able to answer that.

Andy I still run SP1. But I know I need to upgrade. Did you upgrade to SP2 or did it come installed on your PC? Any issues if you upgraded?

Appears to be looking for a form value that is not there. I can take a look.

Just tested a digital download only cart in Moz - I don't see the shipping address?

I also noticed that you are running Norton Internet Security - just a warning though. I have seen LOTS of issues when running that with IE. Blocked images, forms that won't submit, etc. I doubt that it what the problem is here, but just a warning.

You really should upgrade. There are lots of vulnerabilities in sp1. I upgraded one of my computers and it went just fine.

Thanks for the heed - I haven´t experienced any sort of problems in that area, though (yet).

You need to make sure all your drivers and programs have the latest updates before you install SP2. Then there shouldn't be a problem. (those sound like famous last words :D )

Enough time has past since the initial launch of SP2 that all the drivers and most programs should be updated. If you have a program that won't run on SP2 you could always run a dual boot situation.

OK - it's not a dig download problem it's something else though wrt to how your IE6 and PC are setup. Something is blocking SmugMug, or the javascript and we'll help. I will ask JT to reply later. Thanks.

I guess I should clarify - is this error preventing you from buying something or checking out? Or is it just popping up telling you something does not work?
