Hello everyone

I just wanted to share a continued 'work-in-progress' photographic essay I've been doing. Im shooting old houses and barns before they fall down for good as I think they have character and they are an important part of human history. Here is one of them. Your comments are welcome.

Thanks for the comments. I was after a magazine look with this and the other series of this old house I took. I have found it great setting myself a theme to shoot by as it makes one look for possible subject matter as well as how to angle/take the final shots etc.

Very nice indeed! It's almost got a painted effect. I also like photographing old buildings. I need practice though :)
    I didn't sell out, I bought in.

and boy, when you say "before they fall down " you really mean that literally, huh? looks like you got there just in time.

Yes, a reckon a couple of years and it will be gone, along with many others like it. I reckon there should be me conservation efforts of old places like these - even though when they are in ruin they are great photographic subjects:) Thanks for your comments.
