Which one? (statue in a castle)

Hi,
this afternoon me and my wife went for a walk (again to "stimulate" the birth of our baby girl) and decided to head for the castle at the top of the city were my wife's mother lives.
Inside the castle's gardens there was this big statue and after taking some shots I found this two that pleased me the most. Unfortunately I cannot decide which one is best, vertical or horizontal? Help please. :):

    I think vertical crop works better in this case.
