Print sizing: I know I missed this some where...

I know I missed this somewhere, but after a couple of hours searching I have not found the answer.

What size of prints are: 4D,5D & 8D?

Why are these not shown at least in parenthesis?

Thanks DMC...it helpped with the 4D size....but I would still like to know the dimensions for the 5D and 8D........

Thanks ANDY.....don't know where my searches went wrong......Now I will put this info into my print sizes hard copy for future reference.
