1st Wedding Shoot...

I was not the official photographer, just a guest with a camera... The Pros didn't care, and I tried to stay out of their way. After my boy had to go home sick, I had a little freedom to take some shots. All taken with my 20D and 50mm f/1.4 lens. No flash (unless it was someone else's).

Just Married! (Bad start... Autofocus was off, and I had a 1-year old in my lap, but it had a very nice bokeh, so I applied a filter... I kind of like it.

A good time was had by all. The groom is my cousin, and they jetted off to Hawaii two days later.

C&C is Welcome and Desired! This was my first wedding shoot, and possibly my last. :D

Thanks, David and Curtis. It was definitely fun to do once, but I don't think I'd make a habit of it. Too much work!

LOVE that short dof toast shot, with the B&G oof, nice. The rest of it looks good too. I know from personal experience 1 year olds and well thought out planned photography aren't a happy couple.

Thanks, Blurmore. I really like that shot, too. I can't decide if it would have been better without the beer... But he had one in his hand pretty much all night!

Thanks, frg! The pros did a good job, they only posed them for a couple of the big things, like cutting the cake, the champagne toast. I was trying for the "different" angle, usually.
