My wife asked me if I don't get sick of photographing the same birds over and over again.

Well...NEVER!!!!

I gave her my DEBIT-card and send her into town with the agreement never to asked me a stupid question like that anymore. She agreed. :D

Seriously, don't you just love it?

That's a question I hear all the time. :D. Nice shot that might have been helped with some fill flash.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I think it might have helped if you were down eye level with the bird and very close, ahhahahahahhahahahaahaaaahaha, sorry, just had to say it!

Yeah, I get a lot of those. Nice shot!

I kind of do get tired of shooting the same stuff (we know I don't travel), but then again the same stuff keeps changing. Harry has most of the Wood Storks this year.

Someone else has most of my Great Blue Herons, they could be right down the street for all I know.

However, I think I have all of the Green Herons in the world right now, whereas last year I had practically none.

I spent a couple of nice hours with a Great White Heron. And something new happened: it rained so that I could actually get a photo of it. Usually rain equals "blur", this time it didn't.

So, the same stuff keeps changing. Who knows, maybe in 50 yrs or so I will get a bunch of raptors. Not looking anymore. Wasn't expecting all those green herons either.

Uh, she got full use of your debit card for asking that question?

ginger (actually, a pretty nice shot.............I wonder where that phrase came from about not shooting until you see the whites of their eyes......smile. I know you were above that bird as I take a lot of those at a particular spot, if I were eye level, I would be sucked down to the other side of the world. I try to force myself not to go unless the lighting is really good, can't gage that exactly except by being there. Actually winter is best!)
After all is said and done, it is the sweet tea.

    Thanks Ginger.

...not for THAT question but for not asking other questions :D BTW, there was not much to spend on my debit card. My creditcard however I protect with my life.

Too good to toss, not good enough for...

    I know how that goes.

The real issue is what is the limit on that debit card? I might lower mine way down and then use the same line to get a couple good hours of shooting. rolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gif
