I've had a macro lens (a cheapie...Phoenix Telephoto 100mm f/3.5 Macro) that I bought over a year ago
and only messed around with a few times. So the macros I've seen here gave me the inspiration to try it again.
So I sat on the ground, camera pointed up and handheld. Whew!
Cropped levels adj. layer and USM in pp.
Hope you enjoy and all comments appreciated (I'm learning).

Hi there Andrea........... I like the Fluffy Bees you have over there.
The ones found in my neck of the woods are really smooth in the body and hardly any hair at all.
I like watching Bees, they take their work ever so seriously.
Very nice series Andrea Skippy (Australia)

:skippy Everyone has the right to be stupid, but some people just abuse the privilege :dgrin
USAIR...thank you very much for the nice comment.
Skippy...I so afraid of being near bee's and wasp's cause I'm alergic to their stings and end up in the hospital if stung so these shots were a little scary for me.
But they didn't bother me at all. Like you said they were busy working...so I wasn't noticed...good!
Thank You All for the nice comments on my 'first' real try at macros.
