Looking for a new point&shoot

Hi all !

I'm in the market for a new point and shoot. I've been using my G5 for a few years now, and while it has been a great camera, I feel like I miss some shots essentially b/c I have to lug the G5 around. I'm not a pro at taking pics, just a rec user : so having something handy and small is becoming more important to me.

So, I'm looking around. The new canon PS620 is getting great reviews but it seems to be bigger than I want. The nikon P3 is also getting good reviews, from dpreview, and it's more the size I'm looking at.

So, just seeing if you all could through something out there. Also, if you could help me set a price point for my G5 as it's going up for sell. I have all the original box, paperwork, and accessories and the camera doen't have one scratch on it.

You may want to wait a month or so. New cameras are coming out now in advance of Photokina and they are looking good. I just got a P&S camera and I'm kicking myself because the new ones are better and for the same $$.

They're both in the 7MP range, have wide angle coverage, and are very compact with good image quality.
