Great face
, but I don't see any ice cream
I'd crop out the white blob on the left - looks like it was a lamppost? It's very distracting.

Lovely child. For me the lack of ice cream doesn't matter. The crop is OK but I would focus on the girl, which brings me to the exposure of her face.
How about something like this:
If you like this image, please save it as I am rapidly running out of space and will delete it in 24 hours.
