Searching in a gallery going outside the gallery?

I noticed some hits on some of my pics from searches from someone else's galleries.

Here's a way to reproduce:
Go to this gallery http://darkbeer.smugmug.com/gallery/857072
(that's not mine, but where my hits originated).
In the Search box at the top, type in anything (I used "Matterhorn").

You now get the search results. The text at the top reads:

searching in Disneyland Resort - 10/3/05 | or search in: Theme Parks - 2005 Photos photos | Darkbeer's photos | all smugmug photos

824 results: 1 2 3 4 5 >
Disneyland Resort - 10/3/05 photos matching 'matterhorn'

That leads me to believe that the search results that I am presented are only from that gallery, but they're not. They appear to be from all of Smugmug.
