50+ shots and two hours and this was the best I could come up with... If only (how many times do you hear 'if only') that branch wasn't there... slight crop - i've always been enthralled by the waxwings, if I could get a really good shot at one, I would feel accomplished in life, fullfilled etc etc =]

is now gone. i have no time for cliques and fan clubs.

    Wait until the fall (not far away) when they are gorging themselves on berries. I guarantee that you'll get opportunities.nod.gif They become intoxicated by the berries that have been fermenting in the sun.

    I would boost the saturation on your shot...which is very nice.

    Beautiful bird and background.

    I'm more distracted by the spider web strand running across the frame than the branches.

    Good incentive to go get some more!
