Yesterday I shot some Iguana's and they came out nice, today I found one that was willing to pose for me!
I hope you like them.

Very nice capture here, Dick.
Lizard pics is amazing!
Thanks Ric.
It happen to be so that Iguana's are vegetarians. I think (s)he keep an eye on non-vegetarian birds.

I don't know if you believe in "life after death", if so, comfort yourself with the thought that she will be reborn as a pigeon.

Ah-ha! :confused
Sometimes green iguanas (especially young ones) will eat eggs, insects, and small vertebrates.

You're right Ric although it's not common but they do eat meat. Never saw an adult Iguana eat meat of any kind but I can imagine that they do if nessesary.
A simple search on the internet will proof me wrong.

The only reason I even checked was because I thought I remembered a friend of mine who had a pet Iguana, fed him crickets once a week. So I had first hand knowledge. Perhaps the reason for the crickets was to insure proper nutrition in captivity.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
I'm always the last to look something up on the internet. Thanks for the info.
