RAW image convertor ?

I have photoshop 6. which there is not much to do when I pull up a RAW image. Is there a cheap (free) down load somewhere that will let me do more with RAW.?

    Adobe recently purchased the assets of Pixmantec, but for a short time, the free version of RawShooter will be available for download. Look at the last product on this page.

    You can download Lightroom off of the Adobe site as well.
