Doe Close Up

As I was walking by, she turned her head and held the pose like a good girl.

Had I waited after she cleared, I would have got a good shot of the fawn that was following....instead of it's backside. :cry

    Looks a bit soft from a slow shutter speed. If you are close you can always use the pop up flash for fill.

    True enough....but...when you are set up for taking birds in bright light and are surprised by the opportunity....you take the shot. Next time, if I have time, I'll just switch to auto and hope for the best. (so the flash will fire)
