Ok ordered my first lot of prints on tuesday and got m e-mail saying order proccessed, when I click on the link in there to view my order at the top it says-

Current Status: Processing & Printing.

Will that change to "Printed" then "dispatched" etc?

What is the typical timescales around that process? had a look and cant find them?

Also I am in the UK so obviously delivery will take longer! but any ideas roughly how long? anyone in the UK have any idea/examples?

And also who will actually be delivering the ptints to me? courier company? royal mail?

Thanks

The status will go from "processing and printing" to "shipped".

Print orders typically ship in 1-3 business days. Photo gifts and the largest print sizes can take a few additional days.

We give you this on the shipping page while you place your order, but perhaps we should also have it on the order status page you were looking at.

Can't help you here, sorry. Anybody else want to jump in?

We ship things "Airmail" or "Global", depending on what shipping option you choose. All international orders are fulfilled through USPS or FedEx.

    I hope that helps!

Stuart, it's rare but something happened on the way to EZPrints with your horse image, the 4x6. It didn't transmit fully. We've resubmittted it, and the horse, along with the rest of the order, will go out today. I've credited you in full for the shipping charges on this order.
