Make sure to get her to sign a model release (you may need a witness also). This way you can sell the photos if you wish. She needs to bring I.D. with her, (for proof of I.D. and age) and if she's under 18 you'll need a guardian or parent signature too.
Be to find out what type of photo she is looking for. She needs to expand her portfolio and may have plenty of full figure shots, but be looking for head shots, for example. Or she may have plenty of studio shots and be looking for casual outdoor shots.
Be sure to specify exactly how she can use your photos of her (she should be able to use them on her websites [with your name or website by the photos], make prints to hand out to agencies, her own personal use -- but in no event should she sell your photos). I'm not sure if you'd want to put this in writing and have her sign a separate paper or not. But it's a good idea. You don't want her claiming that she took the photos, or entering them in contests, etc. A lot of people, especially younger people just aren't aware of copyrights, etc.

the proof of age is a good idea, where would i get a contract like that? write my own? I'm not the greatest writter in the world to be perfectly honest.

I saw your model release before and i loved that 'plain speak' thing. Very cool. If you don't mind I'd like to grab a copy of it as well (and perhaps tailor it a tad for my use). Very cool. In fact if I attribute it do you mind if I post it on my "photo school" site (a photo wiki).
I don't mind at all, along with the original caveat that I'm not offering legal advice
