Is Challenge 27 a "Photoshop OK" challenge?

Didn't want to clutter up the submission thread, so just posted a new one. Mods, feel free to delete it.

After my absence, I wasn't sure if all challenges had gone to NO PS, or it just happened to be that way for the past couple (I might even be wrong about that). Sorry to be rather ignorant.

I'm liking this challenge though! Love shadows!

I dont think I read anything in this one about no photoshop? I was planning on messing with it unless someone else knows something I don't:D by the way Eric.... any news?:cry

I would guess you're in the know, Lynn. So I'll go with yes, PS OK, unless otherwise stated each challenge.

when i make a "no photoshop" challenge i usually put that in big red neon lights
