While walking an old railroad track, I was able to get an unusual angle at these old insulators on an equally old telephone pole.

    I was waiting for someone to notice that one insulator was almost whole, one was almost gone, and the other all gone! In the proper order, nonetheless. :D

    Nice composition Ric, I run out of ideas of what to shoot sometimes and seeing unusual shots like these start the ideas flowing again. Thanks for sharing.......clap.gif

    This is not my normal thing. There was a robin at the other end of this cross-arm. :D

    I noticed the color then the pattern and saw that the background would be no problem.....so I had my target practice.
