Yes I've been there, but I feel like I messed up every single shot (wrong exposure). I hadn't be into digital photography for long, at the time, and I wasn't really "mastering" my "young" D70.
Antonio, very nice place for photos,I would love to visit such places sometime.
AntoineD, please remember this site is visted by very young people and families, you could have used different language and still got your point across, please look into editing your post. Im not excactley offened but others may. Hope I havent overstepped but Im sure the Mods will look at it the same way.
I've learned English through some "hard" series or movies, so, well... hum, there some specific expressions I like, but, hum, yeah, ok, I'll try to be nice, now :

Quoting: Une route souvent cabossée, un jour où nos motards ont manifestement décidé de foncer : des quarante à l’heure bien pépères du début, nous sommes passé à soixante ! C’est peu dire que cette fois-ci, je me cramponnais… ça n’a l’air de rien, dit comme ça, mais quand on se retrouve sur la route…
Too dangerous for my taste !
In fact I have driven a motorbike in 1972 andf 1973 in Bali when I was young.
I still remember one dog just in front of my front wheel who ran away at the last moment...
Today, I wouldn't do it. Not only by the age but also because if one gets an accident the hospitals are not like in Europe...:):
Many of my photos in Cambodia are rather ruined because of the sky. Apparently it's hat happened to you.
I'm doing better! I haven't been on dgrin for a long time! Things have been very busy - lots of local travel, contracting, finding another job, working on relocating, and my brother in-law was in the hospital for a while. I don't mind it all though, God is still in control!
Hey - wasn't Angkor Vat a scene in the Tomb Raider movie?

Yes, it was late in August, the sky wasn't really friendly. One real issue is I was with my girlfriend, so I couldn't be where I would have wanted to at specific hours. Not the best for great photos...
About the moto thing: I took some risk in Africa, too, but this is a way to understand how people do think about life, somehow. But I don't sy I wasn't afraid...

Correct exposure in Cambodia can at time be challenging as the light can be quite harsh with thick shadows. Careful metering and bracketing if time permits is needed. It a great place for pictures though. Ian
