Very nice compo on this one. That shallow depth of field means you have to nail the focus on the bird's head. The green on green is very appealing.
A little catch light in the eye would help too. (of course that's easy to add!)

My slighty educated guess is that those are "Black-faced grassquit's"
The female is more grey-brown looking, the male more dark-grey to black.
I peeked in your galleries and I saw some impressive captures. You have a nice family also. You're a lucky man Stephen.
