Help with moving footer

Hello all,

I have a problem with a moving footer.

I have turned of the Smugmug footer and created my own little Copyright notice. This works fine and displays ok on any catregories that only have 1 gallery, however if I have more than 1 gallery it appears half way up the page !! See below for examples:

Faulty
http://www.mog.smugmug.com/Travel

Fine
http://www.mog.smugmug.com/Kemutec

Any advice most appreciated...

I think you have "faulty" and "fine" reversed

DOh! It's been a long day..
