Hey Dgrinners.
I made a trip out to the Golden Gate tonight. It was foggy. I was hoping for it to be clear....but I guess what's San Fran without fog.
I took all of these pics from the Marin side. I took two of these pics down by the Coast Guard pier (recommended in the Location Location forum). There were tons of people crab fishing on the pier. I took the last pic up on top of the look out point. I need to go during the day...or better weather. Seems like a lot of great picture taking spots in the Marin headlands.

I actually prefer these to the "typical" ones - really captures the essence of the city. The last one in particular is perfect IMO.

I wish I had some more! Thanks for the comments. I have a couple more at different shutter speeds but nothing totally different. Perhaps on a night where I'm not freezing my ass off!
