Spider ID

This one has taken up residence by my front walk... don't know what kind it is - anyone up on their spiders care to ID?



Shot with the 70-200 @200mm - which was closer than I really liked being, but the spider doesn't seem to mind.

Black and Yellow Argiope or Garden Spider as it's know as in the NE US.
