Hello everyone
This is St.Mary's Cathedral Basilica of Assumption in Covington Ky
I went out to shoot the other night it was cold and rainy but still fun
I got a little wet but not to bad,had a plastic bag for the 828
Got a few drops on the lens it showed up on some photos
This is a very beautiful church my photos don't do it justice
It was started in 1894 was completed in 1915
The top of this church has Gargoyles on it but not very well lit at night
Hard to get a shot
It would be great to shoot inside --guess I'll have to ask
Let me know what you think and what I could have done better
All shots with 828
Thanks
Fred

Nice shots. I don't think I have been down there. I like the idea you had in this one, you should use it for the challange this week.(shadows)
Speak with sweet words, for you never know when you may have to eat them....
Never tried any of the challanges not real sure how
Lots of shadows at this church they use lots of high pressure sodium lights very yellow makes it hard to get the color right.
See you

I like this one also just go to challenge, new threard ,get comments list as chal. 27 and then when you have the shot go to sticky 27 and enter the gate is very nice and soft
