As far as it being a good photograph goes, I think it's rather "boring." I think it would've been cool if you focused just on those three windows on the right side, framed them vertically over each other and photographed them. I think it would've been cool because the one window is yellow, the next down is red, and the next is kinda blue.

I do like it though because I like night shots.

Something about it appeals to me. Perhaps it’s that the windows are not just that orange glow you usually get with electric light. Your shot has all kinds of colors: red, green orange, blue. Very nice! thumb.gif

I think you're right about the "boring" part. :D

I just wanted to know whether the image look or not. To me, it's quite "mid-tempo".

But I wouldn't agree with your framing idea: I'd rather crop mine than select quite a different angle. I like the rhombus created from one window to another. This is what lead me to this photo.

But I'm ok: this ain't the best nightshot ever.

Thanks for your com', LBW, at the very first sight, I hadn't read it: my background is white :D What you've seen is exactly what I wanted to do, but it seems I didn't do it the best I could.

    Do you both have nightshots?

I think you are being too hard on yourself. Your image is quite beautiful. I think another reason I like your shot is that is that it has a sort of dreamy “movie set” feeling.

You shouldn't write in white, I cannot read you :)

Thanks for the comment, guess you meant "movie set", right? Cannot say it wasn't the plan thumb.gif

Corrected the typo. Thanks for the info about white text. I view in a different style so it looked fine for me.

    it happens :)

I do need some clear layout to save my eyes :D but I understand those who prefer black background.
